Homes NSW has updated the Assessment Framework for Property Direct Deals (Assessment Framework) to reflect the new Homes NSW Guidelines for Direct Dealing. The purpose of the Assessment Framework is to provide a structured and transparent process for assessing and managing direct deals involving land transactions and development proposals.
