In addition to a recently amended Development Control Plan to promote high design quality outcomes, Albury City Council is undertaking a range of strategic studies across the LGA, including the development of a comprehensive housing strategy and affordable housing strategy.
It is expected this work will likely result in amendments to local planning controls.
