Randwick City Council

Randwick City Council has prepared a comprehensive planning proposal to align Council’s Local Environmental Plan (LEP) to higher order strategic planning frameworks outlined by the Greater Sydney Commission’s (GSC) Regional and District Plans.

Additionally, several Local Character statements have been developed and released for public consultation. These strategic works will be likely to result in amendments to local planning controls.

Community housing providers

Approximately 400 dwellings owned by the Homes NSW in the Randwick LGA are managed by community housing providers.
