Ministerial Guidelines for Rental Bonds 2018

This document specifies the classes of tenants in public housing and Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) tenancies who may be required to pay a rental bond at the commencement of a new residential tenancy agreement or during a residential tenancy a residential tenancy agreement, and to provide for the amount of rental bond payable and other associated matters.
