The Set to Go program is managed by Link2Home and Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW). The purpose of the program is to connect you with Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) for community reintegration support when you leave custody.
If no SHS vacancies are available, Link2Home may offer you temporary accommodation. If you decline an SHS referral without a valid reason it could affect future temporary accommodation support.
Set to Go eligibility
To be eligible for Set to Go, you need to:
- have a confirmed release date within the next 2 months
- have no other accommodation options. This means you may be at risk of homelessness when you leave custody.
Applying for Set to Go
A CSNSW officer must apply on your behalf by:

Complete the Set to Go referral form.
Response
Link2Home will respond to CSNSW within approximately 48 hours with details of the accommodation.
Additional support
After your initial temporary accommodation, you must bring your release papers and identification into visit your local Homes NSW office. They will do a detailed assessment of your situation and explore additional support options that might be available to you.
