Youth Initiative information for caseworkers

This factsheet provides information about the Youth Initiative (YI) which aims to prevent young people who are leaving out-of-home care (OOHC) from becoming homeless. YI works alongside, and in addition to, the mandated care provided by OOHC agencies and the responsibilities held by OOHC agencies in relation to young people after exiting care.
