About Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition
The Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition (Indo Pacific) is the only comprehensive international exhibition of its kind in the Asia Pacific region. It is a powerful forum for key decision-makers, government representatives, defence officials, and military procurement managers to network with defence and aerospace manufacturers, equipment suppliers and service providers.
In 2025, Indo Pacific was held at International Convention Centre Sydney from 4-6 November, delivering a large-scale industry exhibition, expert-let conferences, and networking opportunities for participants from Australian and around the world.
This year's event featured:
- 28,000+ attendees across three days
- 1,019 exhibitor companies
- 62 nations represented
- 241 official delegations in attendance
- 32 Chief of Navy or counterparts participants
NSW Government stand industry exhibitors
As the principal sponsor, the NSW Government brought together over 50 NSW businesses, an incredibly diverse network of defence and aerospace industry players. These include Prime contractors, SMEs, academics, entrepreneurs and innovators.
Ranging from integrators and manufacturers of complex defence, aerospace and security systems to specialists in sensor enhancing technologies.
Key Highlights from Indo Pacific 2025
- NSW Government Stand welcomed:
- Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of NSW
- The Honourable Anoulack Chanthivong MP, Minister for Industry and Trade.
- Baker & Provan announced a new strategic and manufacturing partnership with Spain’s Industrias Ferri S.A., paving the way for Ferri products to be manufactured locally in NSW.
- Mellori Solutions launched a new product ‘Blue Jay Horizon’, a major step forward in sensor assurance technology and a strong example of NSW-led innovation. It was Mellori’s fourth time exhibiting with the NSW Government.
- GuardWare Australia was named a finalist in the Emerging Technologies category at Indo Pacific 2025 for its ‘GuardWare Protect Design’ solution – the world’s first technology to encrypt CAD files in-use, safeguarding designs from theft and insider risks.
- NSW showcased its capabilities to future innovators as the Governor welcomed six Australian winners of the 2026 Astronaut Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship at the NSW Stand. The winners included three female students from NSW schools.
- The NSW Government hosted a well-attended reception at the Museum of Contemporary Art, welcoming over 250 senior naval officers, industry leaders and international guests, strengthening ties across the maritime and defence sectors.
