Health and fitness is a great example of that, childcare, education, so that they can more easily collect money uh in a more efficient and more customer-friendly way.
Although we're a long-standing business in in Australia, we've definitely had ambitions to grow across the Asia Pacific markets, and today, we're at eight markets across APAC.
Investment New South Wales and the Going Global Program has been fantastic for us here at Ezypay.
It's really helped us with a lot of networking, to be able to tap into legal bodies as well as um regulatory bodies so that we can ensure that we're on the right path.
Across Asia, it's not easy to step into those Markets. There's such diversity in the economics.
The Going Global Program will include a series of workshops, market intelligence briefings, cultural or localisation trainings, as well as facilitating network opportunities, and what's great about these programs is that it's anchored around a particular in-market conference, event or trade show.
For example, one we ran last year was anchored around Singapore Fintech Festival. The festival was able to get our brand out there in a way we weren't able to do ourselves, and that allowed us to engage with a number of ecosystem partners to be able to really drive forward our presence in in the market.
Investment New South Wales has run a lot of sessions that have allowed fintech businesses to understand what does a market entry need to look like.
In a lot of cases, I think, businesses, particularly that aren't large in scale, can be put off by the perceived challenges of entering the market, and this program really paves the way for what those concrete steps need to look like, and also help demystifying the complexity of exporting.
During this program the people that we have met are just there to help us, support us to take our business further, to grow our business.
It gives small to medium businesses the opportunity to step outside of their comfort zone in Australia and step into the international market.
We see huge growth potential, and we only really are at the start of that journey.
