Supporting climate solutions from Sydney
Investible is a Sydney-based venture capital firm that funds and supports early-stage startups. It plays a key role in helping develop climate technologies that support Australia’s clean energy future.
Its flagship project is the Greenhouse Climate Tech Hub – a 3,800 m² co-working space located in Salesforce Tower, Sydney. The hub was supported by $31 million in funding from the City of Sydney.
Helping climate-focused startups grow
Since launching the hub, Investible has:
- backed 28 early-stage climate tech companies – all still active
- built a strong community of over 600 professionals
- launched a $100 million Climate Tech Fund to support new solutions to climate change.
The Greenhouse Climate Tech Hub supports businesses working on major climate challenges. These include renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure and carbon reduction solutions.
Global connections through Investment NSW
Investment NSW has partnered with the Greenhouse Climate Tech Hub. Their shared goal is to grow NSW’s international presence. One key program is the Clean Tech to Singapore stream, part of the Going Global Export Program.
This program helps NSW climate tech businesses:
- connect with global investors and partners
- enter Southeast Asian markets
- scale solutions that reduce carbon emissions and drive sustainability.
Together, Investible and Investment NSW are positioning NSW as a global leader in climate innovation.
