Farm dams play a vital role in both the landscape and farm productivity. This workshop will explore why dams matter and how enhancing them can deliver benefits for biodiversity, water quality and on-farm outcomes.

Join biodiversity experts from Central Tablelands Local Land Services and Landcare for practical advice you can apply on your own property.
You’ll learn about:
maintaining these valuable assets in dry times
understanding the role of our dams in the wider landscape
how healthy, functioning dams support both production and biodiversity
practical next steps for enhancing your dam.
This session is ideal for landholders wanting to better understand the ecological and production benefits of well-managed farm dams.
