Concerned about cane toads in your area? Join Local Land Services for a community drop-in session to chat all things cane toads and enjoy some free light refreshments.
Event details:
Come along to North Coast Local Land Services’ evening session to learn about cane toads and how you can help manage them in your area.
What you’ll learn:
how to correctly identify cane toads at all life stages
practical control methods, including tadpole traps and hand collection
collect a free can of HopStop (cane toad spray)
information about the threat cane toads pose to native wildlife, domestic animals, and agriculture.
what’s happening locally and how you can get involved in monitoring and reporting.
