Cane toad drop-in session Ewingar

Concerned about cane toads in your area? Join Local Land Services for a community drop-in session to chat all things cane toads and enjoy some free light refreshments.

Event details:

Come along to North Coast Local Land Services’ evening session to learn about cane toads and how you can help manage them in your area.

What you’ll learn:

• how to correctly identify cane toads at all life stages

• practical control methods, including tadpole traps and hand collection

• collect a free can of HopStop (cane toad spray) 

• information about the threat cane toads pose to native wildlife, domestic animals, and agriculture.

• what’s happening locally and how you can get involved in monitoring and reporting.
