Feed and breed workshop Warialda

Calling all cattle breeders. You're invited to join the North West Local Land Services livestock team for a series of one day "Feed and Breed" workshops.

Event details:

These workshops are designed to help with herd planning and nutritional management and will cover:

• Breeding – the genetic selection and identification of your best females and how to choose complementary bulls

• Feeding – basic nutrition and requirements of reproductive cattle and how to develop feeding programs

• Plus a session on herd decision making and management for optimal genetic retention and maximum financial outcomes during dry times.

Additional details:

• Morning tea and lunch will be provided.

You only have to attend one session. Please register for the date or location that best suits you.
