Event details:
Join Hunter Local Land Services and learn how to put yourself in the driver’s seat when it comes to managing your pastures. Take the stress out of decision-making by building your own pasture management toolbox.
Together we will explore:
How to measure available paddock feed.
Estimating pasture quantity and quality.
Identifying grasses and pasture plants.
Grazing management options and budgeting.
Farming Forecaster and decision triggers.
Using the Snapshot tool to track progress.
Establishing your advisory network and further training with the PROGRAZE™ course.
Additional details:
Please wear suitable clothing, footwear, and sun protection for an on-farm event.
Catering will be provided.
Please bring your own folding chair and refillable water bottle.
