North West Local Land Services invited you to this hands‑on workshop, designed for small‑acreage horse owners who want to improve pasture condition, reduce feed costs, and support the long‑term health of their horses.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of:

• horse nutrition

• how to assess pasture quality

• practical strategies for managing limited acreage - including rotational grazing, preventing overgrazing, and maintaining groundcover.

The session will also cover common feeding mistakes, how to match feed to your horse’s needs, and tips for keeping your paddocks healthy. Equip yourself with the knowledge to create Healthy Horses and Healthy Paddocks on any small property.
