Overview of this event
Hone your skills in feed budgeting, ration formulation, and feeding in containment with your Local Land Services Livestock advisors and District Vets.
Event details:
In these Central West Local Land Services summer sessions, we will share handy tips and tricks for feeding your livestock over summer.
We will discuss how to develop a feed budget, introduce grain, and how to successfully create your own containment feeding area.
You can even grab a free feed test kit to help you understand your feed quality and plan for the months ahead, while connecting with other farmers feeding livestock over summer.
Light refreshments will be provided at the commencement of the session.
