Native revegetation workshop

Thinking about planting native trees and shrubs? Join Central Tablelands Local Land Services for a practical, on-farm workshop covering the basics of revegetating for long-term results.

Event details:

Revegetation success starts with good planning. This workshop will take you back to basics and share practical tips and techniques to help you save time, effort, and money - setting your project up for success from the start.

You’ll learn how to:

• plan your project - when, where, how and why

• prepare your site

• correctly plant tubestock seedlings

• protect young plants as they grow

• use a direct seeder (with a practical demonstration).

Additional details:

• Enjoy a BBQ breakfast followed by a shed talk before heading out into the paddock.

• Please wear enclosed footwear and sun-safe clothing.

• Please ensure you have a clean vehicle and shoes! Come clean go Clean!
