Do you want more profitable and sustainable grazing systems? PROGRAZE® is available in the Murray region in 2026/2027.
Event details:
Murray Local Land Services invites producers toattend PROGRAZE, a recognised, industry-leading training course based on proven principles of pasture and livestock production.
The course consists of 8 half-day workshops generally held 4-6 weeks apart. The sessions are held on group members’ farms with in-paddock activities and discussion, developing skills in pasture and animal assessment that improve the productivity and sustainability of grazing systems.
Dates:
March 2026 - Registrations open.
June 2026 - Registrations close.
The first workshops for 2026 will commence in August 2026 and will finish in early 2027.
We will be in touch within a few weeks of registrations closing to update you on the progress of groups and locations.
Workshop locations:
Locations will depend on registration clusters to limit participant travel.
Participants are expected to host a session on farm, with access to a shed/ verandah and a paddock walk.
Course delivery:
PROGRAZE® is presented via 8 half-day workshops.
Each workshop will be around 4-6 weeks apart, with the first in August 2026 and finishing in early 2027.
Cost:
$400/ business with 1 or more participants per business able to participate.
