Overview of this event
Join one of our permaculture-inspired workshops for small farms and lifestyle blocks. Delivered by Limestone Permaculture in conjunction with Yeo Farm, learn practical, sustainable strategies and skills to work with nature, not against it, while improving productivity and resilience.
The livestock component of these sessions will focus on sheep and goats, however the sessions are suitable for all small holders looking to understand and implement permaculture design principles. These sessions will help you view and manage your property holistically, creating a thriving, regenerative ecosystem for climate resilience, efficiency and abundance.
Each session is complemented with Hunter LLS District Veterinarian’s on-hand for health and nutrition Q & A, as well as providing everything you need to know about the new electronic identification (eID) requirements for sheep and goats.
