Spring working dog school

Our working dog school welcomes handlers and dogs of all experience levels. Well-trained working dogs are essential for the smooth running of livestock operations.

Join Hunter Local Land Services in the Upper Hunter for this hands-on workshop, designed to provide practical tips and advice for anyone starting out or looking to improve their stock dog training skills.

This one-day school will be led by well-known Scone-based trainers Zac Ede and Gracie Halsted.

Additional details:

• The event is fully funded for Hunter land managers and anyone working with livestock.

• Working dog handlers must register to attend and are limited to bring along a maximum of 2 dogs for the full day of instruction.

• YOUR PLACE WILL BE CONFIRMED & REGISTRATION IS NOT A GUARANTEED PLACE

• Numbers strictly limited, preference given to Upper Hunter residents.

• Fence-sitters (no dogs) welcome via registration also.
