Incentive to update your contact details with Local Land Services

Keeping your contact details up to date ensures you will receive important correspondence from Local Land Services related to your PIC, rates and Annual Land and Stock return.

All existing customers who update or confirm their contact details before 30 October 2026 will go in to a draw to win 1 of 11 prize packs which includes a Yeti Tundra Cooler 45L and Weber Baby Q barbeque.   

How to enter

Simply update your details by:

• filling in our online enquiry form
• calling Local Land Services on 1300 795 299
• visiting your local office.

Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to current customers of Local Land Services (LLS) who update or confirm their contact details during the campaign period. Each customer may have only one prize draw entry per holding, regardless of number of contact occasions.  
2. Campaign period: The promotion runs from Monday 20th October 2025 to Friday 30th October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.  
3. Entry method: Customers can enter the promotion by updating or confirming their contact details with LLS during the campaign. Required contact information includes phone number, email address and postal address.  
4. Prize draw: The prize draw will be conducted by the State Customer Service Team on Monday 9th November 2026 using a random number generator. Each customer will be allocated a number to ensure personal information remains secure.  
5. Winner notification: Winners will be contacted by phone (first preference) or email by regional teams. If contact cannot be made after reasonable attempts, LLS reserves the right to redraw the prize.  
6. Prizes: Prize pack includes Weber Baby Q and Yeti Tundra Cooler. Prize packs are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.  
7. Privacy: All customer updates will be tracked using an internal system (FARMS, CRM or Qualtrics) to prevent duplication or missed information. Personal information will be managed in accordance with LLS’s privacy policies and not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
8. General: LLS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any time without notice. Participation in the lottery implies acceptance of these terms.
