Dr Nhi Nguyen
Dr Nhi Nguyen is a staff specialist at Nepean Hospital in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine and a fellow of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand. Nhi is also the Clinical Lead for the Nepean Redevelopment, a $1 billion investment in health infrastructure.

Nhi has a unique ability to connect clinicians, policy makers, senior executives and the broader community. Nhi is a trusted senior clinical leader, reflected in her appointment in 2023 as clinical co-chair of the newly established Health System Advisory Council.
Nhi is currently the Clinical Director Intensive Care NSW, providing state-wide leadership and support for the intensive care network. She was previously the state’s ICU Clinical Advisor for the COVID- 19 response. Nhi has been involved in championing and facilitating clinician engagement in the Single Digital Patient Record program, the largest digital health transformation project in the state’s history.
Nhi also makes significant contributions to the governance of the District, as a Board Member since 2019 and leadership roles including Deputy Board Chair, previous Chair of the Nepean Medical Staff Council and Chair of the Safe Care Board-Sub Committee.
