Community invited to exclusive preview of Nepean Hospital's new clinical building
After more than a decade of planning, construction and collaboration, the Nepean Hospital Stage 2 Redevelopment is ready to welcome the community to an exclusive preview of the new clinical building before it officially opens.
Designed with and for our community as part of the more than $1 billion Nepean Redevelopment, the new building represents a transformative investment in healthcare for the region. Featuring purpose-built clinical spaces, state-of-the-art technology and patient-centred design, it will help meet the growing healthcare needs of our community for generations to come.
At the Nepean Hospital Open Day visitors can step inside the new facility, meet the people who will work there and learn more about the services that will be delivered in the building.
Guests will enjoy guided tours led by Nepean Hospital staff and gain a behind-the-scenes look at several of the new clinical spaces before patients are welcomed through the doors.
Highlights include:
- Meet the team: Speak with members of the project team and clinicians who will deliver care in the new facility.
- Explore the new spaces: Tour areas including the dedicated palliative care unit, paediatric services, intensive care unit, main entry and more.

Attendance at the Nepean Hospital Open Day is free however, registration is essential as places are limited.
