About us
Our Homelessness Mental Health Team clinicians are based in the same place and work in partnership with staff from Link Wentworth, Platform Youth Services and the Department of Communities and Justice Housing.
They provide outreach services across the region as required.
Referral information
People who are engaged with Link Wentworth or Platform Youth Services may be offered the support and services of the Homelessness Mental Health Team while at their offices.
Referrals to the Homelessness Mental Health Team can also be made by calling the Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511, or through any of our mental health inpatient or community services.
