About us
Blacktown Community Health Centre is a separate building to the hospital and is located on the grounds of Blacktown Hospital.
We work with schools, general practitioners, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide health care at the Community Health Centre, in people’s homes or in venues such as early childhood centres. We focus on health promotion, prevention, early detection, assessment, treatment, and ongoing care.
