The Eating Disorders Day Program (EDDP) is a statewide facility located at James Fletcher Hospital's Fletcher House in Newcastle CBD. It provides specialised eating disorder treatment in a group setting.
About us
baiyangbaiyaang is a specialist eating disorder service incorporating the Eating Disorders Day Program (located in Newcastle) and the NSW Residential Eating Disorders Centre (located in Charlestown). Both programs are located and operated within Hunter New England Local Health District and accept referrals from across NSW.
Our services
The EDDP offers a small group program (up to 8 people) located in Newcastle CBD. People attend four days per week (7:45am - 2pm) for a minimum of four weeks. It is designed for people who are medically stable and already engaged in active eating disorder therapy but requiring additional support as they work towards recovery.
