About us
Our Homelessness Mental Health Team provides services within Penrith Local Government Area (LGA), Hawkesbury LGA, Blue Mountains LGA, and Lithgow LGA. Homelessness Mental Health Team clinicians work in partnership with staff from Link Wentworth, Platform Youth Services and the Department of Communities and Justice Housing.
Referral information
Referrals to the Homelessness Mental Health Team can also be made by calling the Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511, or through any of our mental health inpatient or community services.
