About us
Mount Druitt Community Health Centres play a key role in promoting health, preventing illness, and providing both early-intervention and ongoing care. We aim to support the entire community including children, families, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, immigrants and Aboriginal communities.
We work with schools, General Practitioners, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide health care at the Community Health Centre, in people’s homes or in community venues such as Early Childhood Centres and Aged Day Centres.
