About us
Parramatta Community Health team works with schools, general practitioners, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide health care at the Community Health Centre, in people’s homes or in venues such as early Childhood centres.
We focus on health promotion, prevention, early detection, assessment, treatment, and ongoing care.
