Resilient Homes Program - Payment Information Form: Contractor

The purpose of this form is to enable the NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) to make payments to licensed contractors on behalf of homeowners for approved grant works under the Home Raising or Home Retrofit streams of the Resilient Homes Program.
