The NSW Reconstruction Authority engaged Nous Group to review three community recovery programs - DRG, RSS and CRO. Each program has its own goals, but they also work together to support communities after a disaster. To understand how well they work as a group, a meso‑level evaluation was carried out. This evaluation looks at how the programs support each other, how they help with overall recovery, and where they can be improved to make the system more efficient and effective.
