After-Action Review and Agency Comment Report - AGRNs 1198 & 1212

The NSW Reconstruction Authority commissioned an independent After-Action Review, in line with its Lessons Management Framework, to assess recovery efforts following two consecutive disaster events in March and May 2025, Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred and the NSW East Coast floods. A single review was undertaken due to the close timing of the events and overlapping impacts across affected areas.
