Resilient Homes Program application deadlines

Applications for Resilient Measures closed on 31 March 2026. Homeowners have until 20 December 2026 to submit a building scope of works.  

We are currently processing a high volume of new applications. If you still want to apply for a Resilient Measures grant or would like assistance, please contact the Resilient Homes Program team on 1800 844 085, email us resilienthomesprogram@reconstruction.nsw.gov.au or visit our office at 218 Molesworth Street, Lismore during business hours.

Adaptation Stories – Carmen and Rosie - Tweed Shire

Regenerative futures practitioner Carmen and her daughter Rosie explore adaptation beyond infrastructure; helping young people imagine and create resilient futures, by transforming climate fear into inspired possibility. 

Adaptation Stories capture personal journeys of local resilience, showcasing how eight Northern Rivers locals are thinking about what adaptation means for themselves and their communities. 

Created by Living Lab Northern Rivers in partnership with NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA), these compelling short films are part of Community Conversations, supporting the RA’s development of the Northern Rivers Disaster Adaptation Plan.
