Recovery Services Capacity Grants
Recovery Services Capacity Grants will provide $2.4 million in targeted funding to increase the capacity and capability for Non-Government Organisations to coordinate, train and support informal volunteers in the recovery stage of disaster events.
Resilient Homes Program
The Resilient Homes Program provides financial assistance to homeowners to improve the flood resilience of residential properties in the Northern Rivers and Central West.
Resilient Lands Program
This program is unlocking much-needed land to provide safer places for people to live across the Northern Rivers. The program includes a variety of new home and land options as well as support for the relocation of existing homes.
Spontaneous Volunteers Support Program (SVSP)
The Spontaneous Volunteers Support Program (SVSP) has been established in response to the 2022 NSW Flood Inquiry’s recommendation that the NSW Government create a program to support better coordination of community efforts to save life and property during a disaster.

2021 Community Local Infrastructure Recovery Program
The $52.5 million 2021 Community Local Infrastructure Recovery Program (CLIRP) is supporting the social recovery of targeted storm and flood affected local government areas (LGAs) by providing funding for the repair, restoration and enhancement of damaged community infrastructure.
Aboriginal-owned Assets Program
$44 million for the repair, restoration or betterment of Aboriginal-owned social infrastructure that was damaged by the February and June 2022 severe weather and floods.
Community Assets Program
$70 million for the repair, restoration or betterment of community infrastructure that was damaged by the February and June 2022 floods.
Community Assets Program 2024
The $25 million Community Assets Program 2024 is co-funded by the Australian and NSW Governments and is a firm commitment to ensuring disaster impacted communities in Central West NSW have what they need to thrive.
Infrastructure Betterment Fund
This fund supports the repair and rebuilding of public assets directly damaged by the bushfires of 2019/20 and flood events of 2021 and early 2022.

The Bushfire Community Recovery and Resilience Fund (BCRRF) offered financial support to communities affected by the 2019-20 bushfires.

The Flood Rescue Capability Enhancement Program provided capability enhancement funding recommended by the 2022 NSW Flood Inquiry.
Northern Rivers Towns and Villages Resilient Business Activation Program
This program supported the economic recovery of villages and town centres through direct assistance to small & medium sized businesses and local government-led CBD activation and revitalisation projects.
Natural Disaster Resilience Program
Over 200 projects were delivered to reduce disaster risk and build resilience across NSW communities, supported through six targeted funding streams.
