Measurement
It is crucial to assess our efforts to ensure people in NSW have greater opportunities to access, afford and engage with digital technologies, services and online resources. This will require us to measure how the NSW Digital Inclusion Action Plan contributes to the long-term vision for a digitally inclusive society.
We will track our progress through the measures outlined in the table that follows. The metrics outlined related to survey data can be captured by numerous mechanisms, including the NSW Government’s Customer Insights Surveys, and supplemented by realtime feedback on digital products and services via customer sentiment checks. Other metrics can be sourced from ADII scores, the NSW Government’s internal database, nbn’s database, and the NSW Digital Connectivity Index. To ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the initiatives, specific metrics will be designed to monitor implementation of each initiative.
