NSW Treasury’s Gifts and Benefits Register
NSW Treasury publishes its Gifts and Benefits Register in accordance with the Managing Gifts and Benefits: Minimum Standards.
To promote transparency and uphold ethical standards, NSW Treasury publishes a quarterly register of gifts and benefits the department has received valued at $100 (including GST) and above, whether they are accepted or declined. Certain exemptions apply which are outlined in TIPP 5.08 Gifts and Benefits Policy.
The standards for publishing gifts and benefits are outlined in the Public Service Commissioner’s Direction No. 1 of 2022 – Managing Gifts and Benefits: Minimum standards.
Importance notice for stakeholders and suppliers:
All stakeholders and suppliers are reminded not to offer Treasury employees or contractors any financial or non-financial benefits that are not in accordance with Treasury’s Gifts and Benefits Policy.
