TPG23-06 Board Appointments for State Owned Corporations and Other Commercial Government Businesses

This policy applies to State Owned Corporations and other commercial businesses with governing boards where the Treasurer is an appointing Minister or where a Minister has asked Treasury to manage their appointments.

The policy supplements whole-of-government appointment standards and guidelines.
