Aboriginal Workforce Inclusion Champions (AWIC) network

| Purpose | The Aboriginal Workforce Inclusion Champions (AWIC) Network is a consultative group comprised of Aboriginal employees, in roles that drive Aboriginal workforce inclusion. Network participants provide an Aboriginal perspective to the Office of the Public Service Commissioner (OPSC) on relevant initiatives including the Aboriginal Employment Strategy. The forum provides a platform for agencies to connect and share information, resources and best practice on programs and initiatives across the sector. |

Complaints Handling professional network

| Purpose | The Complaint Handling Community of Practice is designed to bring together professionals from NSW government agencies, state and federal counterparts, local councils and community service providers who are committed to improving complaint handling practices. It is a space to discuss trends and collaborate on solutions to emerging challenges in complaint handling. Members will help shape the direction of the community by contributing content, ideas, and insights. |

Digital Accessibility professional network

| Purpose | This Community of Practice provides a collaborative network connecting NSW Government staff interested in strategically building organisational culture, capacity and maturity in delivering digital products and services that any customer or staff member can easily and safely use to complete the tasks they need to, regardless of background or ability (auditory, cognitive, learning, neurological, physical, speech or visual); and in complying with all NSW Government legal responsibilities and public commitments on accessibility. |
