The NSW Public Sector Report is a report on the state of the NSW public sector by the Secretary of the Premier’s Department. The report assesses the sector’s performance, including notable achievements, challenges and priorities, and provides an analysis of government sector workforces data.
It provides a time-series assessment of the key factors that influence and shape, performance and behavior of public sector agencies and the people who work in them. The report is an essential tool for focusing thinking and effort on the key issues that affect the public sector’s capacity to delivery on behalf of citizens and the government of the day.
The report draws on evidence from a range of sources, including the People Matter Employee Survey and the Workforce Profile Report.
