Publications
NSW contracts register
All Property and Development NSW, formerly known as Property NSW, contracts with the private sector valued at $150,000 must be recorded in the NSW Government's Contracts Register. This includes property sales.
The Property and Development Contract NSW Register can be accessed via the NSW Government eTendering website.
Details must be entered in the register within 45 working days of the contract coming into effect.
Details must remain on the register for 20 working days, or until the contract is complete, whichever is longer.
