Southern's Population Health Team will be joining communities across the District as part of the NSW Seniors Festival 2026, a statewide celebration run by the NSW Government in partnership with councils and community organisations. The festival runs from 2-15 March 2026 and celebrates the contributions of older adults while encouraging active, connected, and healthy ageing.
This year’s festival theme - Live Life in Colour - invites older people to embrace creativity, new experiences, and meaningful connections. Throughout the festival, councils and local organisations across NSW work together to deliver diverse, inclusive, and enriching community events
