Communities in Goulburn-Mulwaree and Upper Lachlan Shire Local Government Areas (LGAs) are invited to have their say on the future health needs of the community, with Southern NSW Local Health District inviting input on an updated Clinical Services Plan for the Goulburn region.
The Goulburn Region Clinical Services Plan will set out the priorities for service development and reform over the next 5-10 years. The Plan will include Goulburn Base Hospital, Crookwell Health Service, Kenmore Hospital, and the Chisholm Ross Centre, as well as a range of community, mental health and allied health services.
Development of the Plan takes into account population growth and demographics, health risk factors, service activity trends, patient flows, benchmarking with other services, and collaboration with staff, community and other stakeholders.
Given the huge opportunity and growth experienced in the last 5 to 10 years as a result of the Goulburn Base Hospital redevelopment it’s timely that we partner with the community about what comes next.
