As we step into 2026, Southern celebrates the diversity and richness of the communities we serve.

That means listening, creating culturally safe services, strengthening, and growing our Aboriginal workforce, and working in genuine partnership. As part of that, we acknowledge the impact racism has on accessing care and services, and on health outcomes, and commit ourselves to calling out and stamping out racism.
