Live Music Events and All Ages Programming
The Live Music Events and All Ages Programming grant delivered $2.1m to 28 local live music events in 2025/26 to build new audiences across the state and encourage the participation of young people.
Supported events include multi-venue live music trails like Gossy Weekender in Gosford, the Gong Crawl in Wollongong, Newcastle’s West Bloc Festival and Newtown’s King Street Crawl to iconic local festivals including Milton Jazz and Blues Festival, Port Kembla Festival, the Blue Mountains’ Sounds of our Towns and Pass the Mic events in regional NSW and Western Sydney.

Promoting NSW Music
The Promoting NSW Music grant delivered $1m to 6 music businesses in 2025/26 to connect fans with NSW music via technology, digital tools, and online collaboration.
Supported activity include SydneyMusic.net’s growing platform, Oxford Art Factory’s digital storytelling series and Take Flight’s new Sky Sessions series showcasing hip-hop artists performing live over classic instrumentals.
