The Mental Health Commission of NSW has undertaken a wide-ranging consultation to help develop the state’s next mental health and wellbeing strategy.
Over the past year the Mental Health Commission of NSW (the Commission) undertook an extensive consultation across NSW on mental health and wellbeing. The Commission is leading a process on behalf of the NSW Government to develop the next NSW Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy to shape and support whole-of-government work for the next ten years.
The What We Heard report provides detailed insights on people’s current experiences with the system. It also has feedback on other factors that have an impact on the community’s mental health and wellbeing. It will inform the state’s next 10-year mental health and wellbeing strategy being developed by the Commission on behalf of the NSW Government.
