About Mental Health Month
Mental Health Month (MHM) is celebrated every October in NSW to highlight the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing. The MHM also gives us the opportunity to better understand and to practice good mental health every day and ask for help whenever we need it.
The event is coordinated by Wayahead. Find more information on the Mental Health Month website.
