NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for all Australians to deepen their understanding of First Nations cultures and histories and celebrate one of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth. The theme for 2025 is ‘The Next Generation: Strength, Vision and Legacy’.
Our CEO, Brian Woods, caught up for a yarn with La Perouse elder and proud Bidjigal woman Aunty Barbara Simms to discuss NAIDOC Week and how we can come together to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
