Holiday period closure dates and payment information
- NSW Trustee and Guardian is closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 to Sunday 11 January 2026 and will reopen Monday 12 January 2026.

Changes to Financial Management payment dates during the holiday period December 2025 and January 2026
- Because of the public holidays in December and January, there will be changes to the payment dates for financially managed customers. Wherever possible, payments will be made in advance of the schedule date.
- Payments will return to normal from Monday 5 January 2026.
- Please remember that due to public holidays, we may not be able to get extra funds into your bank account or to third parties by the next business day.
