Notice of Wills and estate planning fee changes

NSW Trustee and Guardian will commence charging new fees for its Wills and estate planning services on 19 April 2022.

New fees will be charged to customers who:

• contact us to book an appointment on or after 19 April 2022
• have an appointment that occurs on or after 1 June 2022.

We continue to provide our Wills and estate planning service at no charge to customers on a full Centrelink Age Pension or receives Department of Veterans’ Affairs Pension or Disability Support Pension who would otherwise be eligible for a full Centrelink Age Pension.
