Notice of Wills and estate planning fee changes September 2023

NSW Trustee and Guardian will commence charging new fees for its Wills and Estate Planning services on 1 September 2023. It is important we charge the right fees so we can provide high quality services.

New fees will be charged to customers who:

• contact us to book an appointment on or after 1 September 2023
• have an appointment that occurs on or after 1 September 2023

We continue to provide our Wills and Estate Planning service at no charge to customers on a full Centrelink Age Pension or receives Department of Veterans’ Affairs Pension or Disability Support Pension who would otherwise be eligible for a full Centrelink Age Pension.
