For over 30 years, the NSW Rural Women’s Gathering has brought women together, celebrating the resilience, achievements and contributions of RRR women. Each year, the Gathering moves to a new location, offering the host community a unique opportunity to showcase its strengths, businesses and local culture while delivering a meaningful and memorable experience for attendees.

Who Can Apply:
Incorporated organisations and Local Goverment organisations based in regional, rural or remote NSW are eligible to apply to host the NSW Rural Women’s Gathering.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be an incorporated organisation
- Have demonstrated experience in planning or delivering large-scale community events.
- Commit to hosting a safe, inclusive and accessible Gathering that reflects the diversity of women in regional, rural and remote communities.
- Be willing to work in partnership with the NSW Rural Women’s Network and a dedicated advisory group throughout the planning and delivery of the event.
Youth involvement is encouraged. In areas with a local Youth Action or Youth Advisory Group, applicants must include a youth representative organisation in their planning team.
